Complaints will be submitted to discipline@theracehall.co.uk.
Any complaints must be submitted within 48 hours from 7pm the day following race day. Please do not submit any complaints before this time window is open. Any complaints submitted prior to this time or submitted via the wrong channels will be ignored.
Discipline panel is made headed up by Allan O’Brien along with Mark McCabe, David Badura, Blair Cockburn & Allan Williams.
If any incidents involve any of the panel they will not be involved in making any decisions regarding that incident.
If submitting a complaint, please comply to the following:
• Provide your Name, Date of Incident, Formula, Details of the incident
• If the incident was in a final, watch the youtube upload and submit time stamps of the incident
Please let it be clear that this reporting method is not to be used for general racing incidents as the disciplinary team has to watch replays of every incident submitted from various different perspectives and we do this in our free time, therefore we do not want to be watching hours of footage every week.
Each incident will be decided on it’s own merit and any warnings or bans will be emailed to the relevant parties in due course.
We have decided that if you frequently submit incidents that are general incidents and do not meet any form of criteria, you will be subject to discipline so please bare this in mind when sending a report in.
We aren’t expecting this to be used frequently, we are all here to race for fun and enjoy our nights.
Please also remember that we have all signed up to ‘Racing with Respect’ under the BRCA rules so please keep in mind to race with respect.
